By purchasing services from TasHost, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
In order to insure uninterrupted service to your website, the service contract will automatically renew unless cancelled by the site owner. Cancellation must be received by TasHost via email at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the date of renewal. TasHost will acknowledge the cancellation notice within 48 hours of receipt.
Failure to pay for the renewal by the due date could result in the website being disabled. In this event there will be an additional charge of $20 together with full payment of outstanding charges to re-enable the website.
Failure to renew a domain name by the due date will mean that Domain Names Registrars will offer the name for others to purchase.
Refunds are available within the first 21 days of hosting minus any setup or domain registration fees. After 21 days, no refund is offered or promised.
TasHost reserves the right to refuse service to any site at our sole discretion. Although we do not believe in censorship, TasHost.com does not allow the following types of sites:
TasHost will not host websites which are advertised through unsolicited email, excessive newsgroup crossposting, or off-topic newsgroup posts. What is considered spam is determined at the sole discretion of TasHost. Sites in violation of this policy will be shutdown without refund of any kind.
TasHost has a strict policy of one website per account. If more than one website is being hosted under an account, TasHost.com reserves the right to charge accordingly for each separate site as a separate account. Up to three domain names can point to the same site without any extra fee, however the domain names may not point to a sub directory or a specific page on the site. If any site exceeds its monthly bandwidth allowance, overage will be charged at the rate of AUD$25.00 per gigabyte of overuse.
